The Role As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will support children's learning and development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You will work closely with nursery staff to provide high-quality care and ensure children's individual needs are met. Responsibilities Providing a safe and engaging environment for children. Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. Planning and participating in age-appropriate activities. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times. Observing and recording children's progress where required. Requirements Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (essential). Knowledge of the EYFS framework. A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
