Commercial Multi-Trader (Immediate Start – Shepperton) Full-Time | Long-Term | Permanent Opportunities | CIS Available Urgent Requirement – Immediate Starts This Week We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy commercial client based in Shepperton and are looking for hard-working, reliable Multi-Traders to join a growing workshop team. Apprenticeship-level and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply – pay will reflect experience and skill level. If you’re hands-on, fast-paced, and take pride in your work, this is a great long-term opportunity with real progression. Pay Rates: * £180 – £190 per day (8am–6pm) * DOE (Dependent on Experience) Key Skills We’re Looking For: * Silicone / mastic application * Multi-skilled workshop experience (trailers or similar ideal) * Basic electrics * Carpentry / joinery * General maintenance and repair The Role: * Working on commercial trailers within a workshop environment * Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and finishing work * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard * Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-moving environment What’s on Offer: * Full-time, long-term work * Opportunity to go permanent * Flexible shifts: 8am–4pm or 8am–6pm * 5–6 days per week available * Stable, ongoing work with a busy operation What We Need From You: * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work at pace without compromising quality * Previous hands-on trade or workshop experience (or relevant training/apprenticeship) * Team player with a “get the job done” attitude This role is ideal for candidates from construction, workshop, manufacturing, or maintenance backgrounds looking for stability, consistent hours, and long-term progression.
