Director Head Of Office

This is a Permanent, Full-time position leading an established Building Surveying consultancy office with responsibility for technical delivery, commercial performance, client relationships, and regional business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cardiff office, technical team, and operational planning
• Deliver senior Building Surveying consultancy advice across commercial property
• Manage fee performance, profitability, and business development
• Develop client relationships and secure new regional instructions
• Mentor technical staff and align services across Built Asset, Development, Engineering, and Sustainability teams

Requirements

• MRICS qualified
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
• Director‑level Building Surveying consultancy experience
• Proven commercial property technical delivery
• Strong client development, fee management, and office leadership experience

Salary & Package

• £100,000-£120,000 salary
• £7,700 car allowance
