About the role

We're working with a well-established, award-winning Microsoft Partner to find a talented Modern Work Consultant to join their growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist who thrives on turning complex business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions. You'll take a lead role in client engagements - from initial discovery and requirements workshops through to solution design and delivery - working with a range of enterprise clients across the UK. The Role Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you'll design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that genuinely transform the way organisations work. You'll be comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and producing high-quality documentation - all while keeping an eye on time, cost, and quality. Day-to-day, you can expect to be involved in: * Running requirements-gathering workshops and translating findings into current-state assessments and solution designs * Delivering hands-on implementation across Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva * Contributing to pre-sales activities - writing proposals, statements of work, and responding to tenders * Providing technical leadership on projects and feeding into larger programme delivery * Keeping up with the Microsoft roadmap and sharing that expertise with clients and colleagues alike What We're Looking For You'll be a confident, self-motivated consultant who enjoys variety and is equally at home in client-facing and technical environments. Key experience includes: * Proven hands-on delivery experience with Microsoft 365 - especially SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Viva * Experience facilitating workshops and documenting outcomes into actionable solution designs * Ability to estimate effort, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to sales conversations * Familiarity with Power Platform (Automate, Canvas Apps) and SharePoint Framework * Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, Purview, and identity access management * Knowledge of development patterns and best practices across M365, Power Platform, and Azure * Microsoft certifications relevant to your area of expertise (or an active drive to achieve them) Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Places, on-premises SharePoint, Google-to-Microsoft migrations, or Exchange is a bonus but not essential.
