Multi Trade Operative - Working in VOID properties Permanent opportunity RG Setsquare has been appointed by a maintenance contractor to support with hiring an experience Multi Skilled Trade person able to carry out refurbishment works in empty homes. The works will mostly be in the the Swindon areas, with some travel to Cirencester areas also. This would therefore suit someone based in either location, or somewhere in between the 2. The contractor specialise in carrying out social housing maintenance works, operating on behalf of public sector landlords; Housing Associations and Local Authorities and specifically working in occupied homes. They would like an experienced person from either a plumbing, or carpentry bias background with some kitchens and bathroom installation experience, ideally, able to turn their hand to other skills such as tiling, basic carpentry eg boxing in pipe work, patch repair if required and silicone works to offer the best and most efficient service to their end clients as possible. A company van and fuel card will be provided. This is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis and is available to commence as soon as we find the right person with the right skill sets.
