Customer Service Order Administrator – Part Time Location: Northamptonshire Hours: 27.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Are you an organised Customer Service or Order Processing Administrator looking for a part-time position with consistent Monday-to-Friday hours? We're working with an established business looking to add a Customer Service Order Administrator to its commercial team. This is a busy, varied position where you'll take responsibility for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, while working closely with customers and internal teams including supply chain, planning and finance. What You'll Be Doing * Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales * Managing orders from receipt through to processing * Reviewing orders and identifying any pricing, product or delivery issues * Managing customer queries and order-related tickets * Communicating order issues quickly and effectively * Liaising with planning, supply chain, finance and commercial teams * Supporting daily order processing and reporting activities * Maintaining accurate information across internal systems * Helping resolve order exceptions and restrictions * Working to individual and team KPIs * Supporting colleagues during periods of holiday or absence What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience within areas such as: * Customer service * Order processing / order management * Sales administration * Customer administration * Commercial administration * Supply chain administration You'll need to be highly organised and accurate, with good attention to detail and the confidence to communicate with customers and colleagues across different departments. Experience using CRM, ERP, order management or customer service systems would be beneficial, although specific system experience isn't essential.
