Senior Continuous Improvement Lead

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement Lead who will lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our shared user site in Ollerton. Working closely with operational and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service for our customers.

You will play a key role in implementing change initiatives, analysing operational performance against KPIs, and coaching teams to adopt best practice and sustainable improvement methodologies.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
