HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner ready to take ownership of a high-profile, multi-site portfolio?

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading UK accountancy and business advisory firm, known for combining big-firm expertise with a genuinely personal, people-first culture. As they continue to invest in their people strategy, they're looking for a confident, commercially-minded HR Business Partner to lead HR Business Partnering across four offices in the . This is a senior-level, Partner-facing role. You'll work directly with Staff Partners, Heads of Office and senior leadership teams, shaping and delivering people strategies that are genuinely aligned to business priorities

not sitting on the sidelines of it.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Partner directly with senior Partners and leadership teams across four regional offices, understanding each client group's strategic drivers and ways of working to shape a tailored people strategy Lead change management interventions and deliver holistic, user-centric people solutions, working closely with subject matter experts across and beyond the HR function Own talent management strategy for your client groups, aligning local activity with the firm's broader talent programmes Stay close to the full employee lifecycle across your portfolio

recruitment, promotions, the firm's structured partnership pathway, and escalated ER cases Partner with the business and internal People teams on salary reviews Represent your portfolio on relevant firm-wide groups, bringing insight, ideas and solutions to the table Use data and evidence

to assess engagement, identify trends and inform both tactical and strategic decisions Share learnings and collaborate across the wider People team, contributing to broader people projects where relevant

The Role Requires: Demonstrable experience in HR business partnering within people-centred organisations; professional services experience is advantageous Strong track record of planning, managing and organising resources to meet objectives Solid knowledge of employment law, technical HR requirements and industry best practice Skilled at interpreting complex, sometimes ambiguous requirements and translating them into practical solutions Proven ability to influence and shift the thinking and behaviour of senior stakeholders, including at Partner level A natural relationship-builder who can balance the needs of multiple stakeholders at once Comfortable holding yourself and others to account, with a reputation for delivering on commitments CIPD chartered (or equivalent) preferred
