About the role
Our client, a leading training provider within the education sector, is currently seeking a Health and Social Care Learning Coach - Level 3 to join their dynamic team in Newcastle. This permanent position offers a home-based working arrangement with travel requirements, creating an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about fostering growth and development in the Health & Social Care field.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality coaching to learners at their workplaces, guiding them through their apprenticeship standard requirements
Utilising a range of coaching strategies to enable learners to achieve their qualifications
Providing support and feedback to help learners progress in their careers
Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and achievements
Collaborating with employers to ensure learners receive comprehensive training and support
Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and industry regulations
Job Requirements:
Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or above
Extensive and relevant vocational experience in a Health and Social Care setting
Experience in a senior care role
Expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care settings
Ability to work in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines
Strong communication and self-motivation skills
Ability to work autonomously
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
Experience in a work-based learning (WBL) or education environment
