Tractor Drivers Wanted - Seasonal Harvest Work (Category F Licence) 📍 Location: Asheldham & surrounding sites 📅 Contract: Seasonal (May-October) ⏳ Start Date: ASAP 💰 Pay: £12.71 per hour (first 8 hours) £22.06 per hour (overtime) 🌾 Looking for a high-earning summer role? Join our harvest team and make the most of the season! We're seeking Tractor Drivers with a Category F licence to support our busy harvest period. This opportunity is perfect for individuals ready to commit to long working days and maximise earnings over the summer months - particularly those without other commitments. ✅ What We Offer Full training provided - no agricultural experience needed Accommodation available 12-hour working days during peak harvest Every second weekend off Excellent earning potential with overtime paid daily Seasonal contract (May-October) ✅ What You'll Need Valid driving licence Category F licence (essential) Age 21+ (insurance requirement) Willingness to work long hours during harvest Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to travel to site daily 🚜 Your Responsibilities Report daily to the Southminster site Carry out machinery checks (fuel, oil, lights, etc.) Follow instructions for harvesting locations Operate tractors, mowers, and other equipment Transport crops from field to site efficiently Harvest and mow green crops Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures 🌱 Additional Responsibilities (Harvester Drivers) Record field and farmer details Monitor and log trailer movements Maintain accurate field notes (e.g. crop quality, flowering) Ensure clear radio communication at all times 🌟 Why Join Us?
