This is afull-time, on-site position, working40 hours per week, withrostered weekend shiftsand participation in anon-call rota.On-call incentive pay applies during on-call weeks.Youll work closely with the Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Manager and wider hotel teams to ensure the property operates efficiently at all times.

About the Role

As Maintenance Assistant, youll be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel and Leisure Club. Youll support preventative maintenance programmes, ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, and respond effectively to maintenance issues to minimise disruption to guests and operations.

This role suits someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
