The Role
Working alongside experienced Property Managers, you'll support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, building relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a point of contact for tenants, clients and contractors, helping to resolve maintenance and property-related issues.
Assisting with property inspections and preparing associated reports.
Coordinating repairs and maintenance, including liaising with contractors and obtaining quotations where required.
Supporting the management of tenancies, renewals and general property administration.
Assisting with properties being prepared for letting, including marketing, viewings, referencing and tenancy documentation.
Supporting rent reviews, arrears management and general client administration.
Assisting with compliance, inspections and ensuring properties are managed effectively.
Working closely with senior members of the team and other departments to provide a high level of service.
Developing your knowledge of residential property management and taking on increased responsibility as your experience grows.
About You
We're looking for someone with at least one year's experience within residential property, lettings, estate management or a similar environment.
You'll ideally have:
A genuine interest in developing a career within property management.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
