Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Huck's American Bar and Grill team. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager. What you'll be doing Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours Huck's American Bar and Grill is open 7 days a week from 4pm to 10pm Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 11am and 11pm You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period.
