This commercial solicitor role will see you handle an interesting mix of commercial contracts, technology agreements, data protection and IP matters. The firm has a robust client list that includes a range of larger corporates as well as SMEs. You can look forward to partnering closely with clients and to playing an active role in business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial lawyer with 2+ years' PQE. With a good technical skill set, you should have a commercial approach.
