Property Paralegal (HYBRID)

Property Paralegal Location: Belfast Salary: Up to £35k DOE Working Pattern: Hybrid Nixon McQuade is working with a well-established Belfast law firm to recruit a PropertyParalegal to join its busy property department. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced paralegal or legal support professional who has worked within conveyancing and is looking to join a progressive firm. The Role Working as part of an experienced conveyancing team, you will provide support across a varied property caseload and assist with the progression of matters from instruction through to completion. Responsibilities will include: Supporting solicitors with residential conveyancing transactions Preparing legal documents, correspondence and completion paperwork Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Carrying out property searches and assisting with title documentation Preparing files for completion Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files Providing regular updates to clients throughout transactions Supporting the wider conveyancing team with day-to-day case management The Person The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years experience within conveyancing, a paralegal role or a legal support position Previous property or conveyancing experience Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail The ability to manage a busy workload and competing deadlines A professional and client-focused approach Whats on Offer Hybrid working Early finish every Friday Opportunity to develop within an established conveyancing department Supportive and professional working environment Additional employee benefits and perks For further information on this opportunity, or for a confidential discussion about your next move, contact Steafan at Nixon McQuade.
