What the School is Looking For The ideal
Learning Mentor
will be proactive, compassionate, and resilient, with a genuine interest in supporting childrens development. A 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university is required, alongside previous child-centred experience. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
