Setting Out Engineer – Dry Lining (Residential Development) Kingston, London Contract / Freelance Long-term (Approx. 12 months) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer on behalf of a well-established dry lining subcontractor working on a large-scale residential development in Kingston. Role & Responsibilities Carry out accurate setting out for dry lining and internal works Use laser equipment to set out partitions, grids, and layouts Ensure all work is completed to specification and programme Liaise with site management and subcontract teams Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy on site Requirements Proven experience setting out for dry lining / internal fit-out packages Ability to use laser setting out equipment confidently Must supply own setting out kit Strong attention to detail and site coordination skills CSCS card required The Offer Long-term opportunity – circa 12 months’ work Competitive day rate (DOE) Opportunity to work with a reputable subcontractor on a major project We act as an Employment Agency/Business with regards to this vacancy.
