Join us and take your career to the next level As a Shift Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining, servicing, and repairing Kalmar and third-party equipment. Reporting to the UK Service Manager, you will ensure high-quality maintenance support while delivering exceptional customer service through your technical expertise and professional interactions. This is a permanent workshop-based position, requiring a proactive approach to diagnostics, repairs, and continuous improvement of equipment performance. What you bring to the role: Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Technical Expertise: Proven skills in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems. The ability to read wiring diagrams and experience in fault-finding and diagnostics of PLC and CANBUS systems. Customer Focus: Ability to deliver exceptional service through clear communication, detailed reporting, and a problem-solving mindset. Safety Commitment: Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team. Proactive Attitude: A self-driven approach to tackling challenges and continuously improving your skills.
