You will sit within the EMEA IT leadership team, working at the intersection of technology and business strategy. Your focus will be to optimise application performance, deliver measurable business value, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organisation.Your responsibilitiesDefine and deliver a strategic roadmap for enterprise applications aligned to business priorities and long-term technology directionLead the end-to-end application lifecycle, including selection, implementation, upgrades, optimisation, and retirementEnsure reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems, driving best-practice support and incident managementBuild, lead and develop a high-performing team of application specialists, fostering innovation and collaborationPartner with business units, IT service lines and external vendors to deliver effective, value-driven solutionsEmbed governance, security, and compliance standards across all enterprise applicationsWhat you’ll bringProven experience in senior applications management or IT leadership rolesStrong technical knowledge across enterprise ecosystems such as ERP, PLM, BI, SaaS platforms, integration technologies, Atlassian tools, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or ServiceNowDemonstrated ability to lead teams and influence across matrixed organisations to deliver outcomesStrong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and project delivery capabilityExcellent communication, organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related disciplineDesirable experience:You must be able to gain and maintain the relevant UK Government security clearance (SC, with potential for higher).A mission to believe inEvery day we contribute to building a more secure and connected world.
