This is a role built around clinical freedom, patient care, and long-term development, rather than volume-driven dentistry. 50% private split with increasing demand for private treatments ~ No NHS targets – focus on quality over volume ~ On-site therapist (free to use) to support workflow ~ Digital scanners and modern equipment ~ FD training practice with a supportive clinical environment ~ Recently refurbished surgeries and waiting areas ~ We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join the team on a 3–4 day per week basis. The current structure allows for condensed working days, giving you the option to have additional days off while maintaining strong earning potential. This role would suit a clinician who is comfortable delivering NHS dentistry but is also interested in building private work alongside it over time.
