Key Responsibilities: * Provide general support within the classroom to facilitate daily operations * Collaborate with the Class Teacher to plan and deliver engaging learning activities * Support a positive and inclusive environment for all students * Assist with behaviour management and student engagement strategies * Support individual and small group learning tasks as directed * Help maintain a safe, welcoming classroom setting Ideal Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is desirable * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to work effectively within a team * Enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development * Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the classroom * Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (e.g., NVQ, CACHE units) are advantageous This Primary School Teaching Assistant role in Cardiff offers a rewarding environment for individuals passionate about education and nurturing young minds.
