TSRN is partnering with an innovative and growing technology-led organisation seeking an ambitious Commercial Operations Manager to play a key role in transforming and enhancing commercial performance across a multi-divisional business.

This is far more than a traditional operations role.

You'll be at the centre of a major commercial transformation programme, helping to drive consistency, improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen reporting, and embed best-in-class CRM processes across multiple business units. The Opportunity

As Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of commercial best practices, improving sales and revenue visibility, and supporting the rollout of a Group-wide CRM framework.

You'll work across different business units, building relationships, challenging existing ways of working, and helping teams embrace new processes that deliver measurable commercial benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving commercial governance, forecasting, and pipeline management best practices.

Supporting CRM implementation, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Delivering training and coaching to business stakeholders.

Developing insightful commercial reporting and performance metrics.

Working with senior leadership to improve commercial visibility and decision-making.

Leading change initiatives and embedding consistent ways of working across multiple business functions.

Building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing at all levels of the organisation.

What We're Looking For

You'll likely have experience in:

* CRM Programme Leadership

You'll also bring:

* Strong experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial reporting.

* Proven success influencing stakeholders and driving organisational change.

* CRM rollout, implementation, or adoption experience.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to turn strategy into action.

* Experience operating within complex, multi-site, or multi-divisional organisations.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI would be advantageous but is not essential.
