Claims Handler

Spotlightjobs is recruiting for an experienced Recoveries Claims Handler to join an expanding team of Credit Hire professionals. As a Recoveries Handler, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of non-fault motor insurance claims, applying sound technical judgement, commercial awareness, and effective negotiation to drive the right outcomes.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role where you’ll manage your own caseload, assess liability, make confident decisions, and keep claims progressing through effective collaboration with suppliers, partners, and third parties. You’ll balance commercial outcomes with customer fairness, ensuring claims are managed accurately, compliantly, and with care.

• Manage non fault repair, recovery, and uninsured loss claims from start to finish.
