Children'S Residential Support Worker

We are looking for caring, resilient, and dedicated Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our growing teams in Colne and Leyland. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people within a residential care setting, with the opportunity for permanent employment following a successful temporary period. About the Role As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will support young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, education, and personal development in a safe and nurturing environment. You will work closely with the wider team to provide high-quality care and positive outcomes for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
