SERE Group stands as one of the UK's largest aircraft operators, specialising in critical services such as executive charter, medical repatriation, and the time-sensitive movement of human organ and transplant teams.
Additionally, they are one of Northern Ireland's largest used car retailers and operate Jet Assist, the region's premier executive jet handler.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of this multifaceted organisation.
They will be joining the Group at an exciting time as we embark on numerous new projects and build strategic plans for the next 3-5 years.
Role Responsibilities: This pivotal role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including: Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation and production of accurate and timely management and financial accounts including Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Cash Flow Management: Overseeing cash flow and working capital to ensure optimal financial health.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Contributing to the development and preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Reporting against budgets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Profit & Loss trend analysis: Identify opportunities for growth within the group and support ongoing profitability of each company.
Monthly Management meetings: Present monthly accounts to relevant department managers and discuss trends providing input into future plans Strategic Projects: Assist the Group Finance Director with the preparation and presentation of financial data and reports for strategic projects.
Year end Audit: Prepare full reporting pack for your division, liaising with auditors in full accounts and corporation tax computation finalisation Essential Criteria: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience: Professional Qualification: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Industry Experience: A minimum of three years of industry experience.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Industry Advantage: Experience within the motor or aviation industry is highly desirable.
Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrable experience of performing analysis of actuals against forecast. xwzovoh
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and to perform negotiations.
