Premier Education are working with a lovely and welcoming primary school in the Tyldesley area who are looking to appoint a temporary ongoing School Administrator whilst they recruit permanently for the role.
This is a part time position working:
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 2:00pm
The successful candidate will ideally have previous school administration experience and a welcoming and happy personality.
Duties will include:
* Answering and directing telephone calls
* Speaking with parents, staff and visitors
* Typing letters and general office administration
* Managing club registers
* Supporting with music timetables and schedules
* General reception and administrative support
The school are looking for somebody friendly, organised and confident working in a busy front office environment.
