Your New RoleAs a Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role in delivering cost management services across a varied project portfolio. Responsibilities will include:
  • Leading cost planning, procurement, and contract administration functions.
  • Managing and developing key client relationships.
  • Providingmercial advice throughout the project life cycle.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
  • Contributing to the strategic growth and success of the business.

    What You'll Need to SucceedTo be considered, you should have:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • MRICS chartership (desirable but not essential).
  • Proven consultancy-side cost management experience.
  • Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors.
  • Strongmercial awareness and client-facing skills.
  • Previous leadership or team management experience.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • A long-termmitment to developing your career within a progressive consultancy environment.
