Brewer Wanted A rare opportunity to join the small, collaborative brew team at Duration — an independent farmhouse brewery producing modern and traditional beers in West Norfolk. Duration Brewing is widely respected for innovation and quality. Our range includes pales, IPAs, lagers, stouts, Belgian styles, mixed fermentation, barrel-aged beers, and modern cask. Our setup includes a 20HL BrauKon brewhouse, GEA centrifuge, CODI canning line, coolship, foeders, bottling line, and a modern water treatment plant. Ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ commercial brewing experience looking to broaden their skills in a hands-on, varied role. You’ll cover all aspects of production — from recipe development and brewing through to cellar work, packaging, and water treatment. Working closely with our Head Brewer and Production Manager, most of your time will be on the brew floor, with some packaging, cleaning, and admin. A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to our rural location.
