Lead Design Engineer - Subsurface Oilfield Systems
About the role
Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Design Engineer to lead design activities for oilfield subsurface components, systems, and controls. You will ensure designs meet standards and coordinate drafting, BOMs, tolerances, and DPM compliance.
The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and extensive experience with 2D/3D CAD, PDM systems, and design for manufacturability. Strong leadership, English fluency, and collaboration across teams are essential.
