CRM Developer (Remote)

We are delighted to be working with a leading organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced MS Dynamics Developer to join their growing technology team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior technical role within a forward-thinking business, with responsibility for the design, development and delivery of solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the Power Platform.
Working closely with Product Owners, QA colleagues and the wider technology team, you’ll take ownership of complex development projects, provide technical leadership and help shape the organisation’s Dynamics development capability. Lead the design, development, testing and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform solutions, including customisations, plugins, workflows and integrations.
Take technical ownership of Dynamics and Power Platform projects, providing guidance around solution design, architecture and development best practice.
Provide technical mentoring and support to junior and mid-level developers, including carrying out code reviews and helping to develop the wider team's technical capability.
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across Dynamics and Power Platform, including performance and integration challenges.
Help establish and maintain development standards, coding conventions and technical documentation across the Dynamics development function.
Keep up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform developments, identifying opportunities to enhance and improve existing solutions.
You’ll have significant experience developing solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the Power Platform, together with a proven track record of taking technical ownership of Dynamics projects from design through to deployment. Ideally we are looking for technical skills across C#, .NET and JavaScript.
You’ll have a strong understanding of Dynamics solution architecture, security and data models, as well as software development lifecycles and DevOps practices including source control and CI/CD.
