Kingston Barnes is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Engineering & Manufacturing division and develop the South East market from our Bristol location alongside our existing presence in the South West. With a market covering over 4,000 companies, this is a genuine opportunity to create new relationships, develop a strong client base, and build a successful recruitment desk About You We are looking for someone who can: * Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to candidate delivery * Win new business through proven BD activity * Take ownership of their market and make a name for themselves * Come with experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, or a fast-moving permanent recruitment market Whether your ambition is to build an exciting desk, become a £300k+ biller, or ultimately lead a team, the platform is here.
