The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations and strategic planning for the organisation, ensuring everything runs efficiently and aligns with business goals. Client Details A company in the business services sector located in Crawley. Description Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide financial insights and advice to senior leadership for decision-making. Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.Profile A successful Head of Finance should have: Proven leadership skills in managing finance teams. Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Experience with regulatory compliance and financial controls. Ability to provide strategic financial advice to senior stakeholders. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Job Offer Competitive salary between £80,000 and £90,000, dependent on the level of experience. Permanent role based in Crawley.
