THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented residential property solicitor to join a well-regarded residential team

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, delivering an exceptional client experience across a broad range of transactions

Key responsibilities :-

Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction to completion

Handling residential remortgage matters efficiently and to a high standard

Advising clients on high-value and prime residential transactions

Maintaining strong client relationships and providing clear, practical legal advice

Working collaboratively with support staff and the wider property team

Contributing to the team's continued growth and development

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in residential property

Confident running your own caseload with sound technical knowledge

Excellent client care skills and ability to communicate complex matters clearly

Strong organisational skills and xwzovoh ability to manage competing priorities

Experience in high-value or prime residential work is desirable

Property finance or commercial property experience beneficial but not essential

Familiarity with Leap case management software desirable
