We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Desborough. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Shift Available Night Shift (Monday to Friday)
10:00pm - 6:00am
Pay Rate Competitive hourly rate
Duties Include Operating and monitoring production machinery
Loading raw materials into machines
Quality checking finished products
Packing and palletising goods
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Meeting production targets and deadlines
What We're Looking For ? Good attention to detail
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Reliable and punctual attitude
? Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
