We have an urgent requirement for experienced Damp & Mould Surveyors to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality property inspections and remediation works. Key Details: * Duration: 3 - 6 months * Day Rate: £325 – £350 per day umbrella * Hours: 35 per week * Location: SW London/ Surrey * Car & Driving License: Essential * Mileage: £0.45 per mile (home to patch) Role Overview: You will manage damp & mould works from inspection through to completion, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and delivering excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, specifying repairs, managing contractors, and maintaining accurate records.
