About the role

One O One Convenience Stores, the retail division of The Scotsman Group, operates 46 stores across Glasgow, East Kilbride and Edinburgh. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager Designate to lead our Polmadie store and drive frontline performance.

You will be responsible for training, merchandising, policy compliance, and achieving key KPIs while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
