The nature of the work is small to medium batch with medium to high complexity. Key Responsibilities CNC Setting and operating CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances Work with premium materials including Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, and Nylon Interpret technical drawings and work to precise specifications Record job timings accurately in the ERP system Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your workspace (6S) Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Proven experience in CNC Turning, ideally within aerospace or other high-precision sectors Skilled in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately Experience working to tight tolerances on complex components Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team on a late shift Why Apply?
