The Role:

We're looking for a Community Manager who understands that a great community is about much more than responding to comments.

You'll be responsible for building genuine relationships with the people who interact with the brand every day - making existing community members feel valued, welcoming new audiences and turning conversations, feedback and stories into meaningful insight for the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day community management across all social media platforms, responding to comments, DMs and mentions in a warm, authentic and on-brand way.
