Expect to work closely with architects, developers, and security specialists to design and operate robust Azure environments.What you’ll doDesign and deploy Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)Configure and manage networking components (VNets, NSGs, Firewalls, Private Endpoints, Load Balancers)Deliver and support compute services including VMs, App Services, and containersImplement security and governance controls (RBAC, Azure Policy, Management Groups)Build and support landing zones and foundational cloud environmentsManage monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alertsSupport CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsAutomate operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or FunctionsMaintain and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container platformsTroubleshoot complex issues and provide 3rd-line support and root cause analysisOptimise cloud environments for cost, performance, and resilienceContribute to documentation, standards, and platform maturityWhat you’ll needStrong experience with Azure core services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security)Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, ARM, or Terraform)Solid understanding of Azure networking and cloud architecture principlesExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability toolsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud issuesExperience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI)Strong collaboration and communication skillsDesirableExperience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerisationKnowledge of Azure governance frameworks and landing zonesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesUnderstanding of identity and access management (Entra ID, managed identities)If you’re passionate about cloud engineering and want to make an impact in a modern Azure environment, this role is for you.About usComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
