Main Responsibilities will include: Designing innovative ladies' jersey dresses with a formal yet youthful aesthetic Interpreting market trends and translating them into fresh, commercially successful designs Collaborating closely with product managers and production teams to ensure designs meet quality, cost, and time parameters Contributing to seasonal collections that align with brand identities and customer expectations Bringing insight and enthusiasm to the design process, ensuring each piece reflects a modern, elevated style Person Specifications : Proven experience designing ladies' jersey dresses for high street or online retail accounts A youthful, fashion-forward handwriting with a more xwzovoh formal, yet contemporary edge Supplier experience Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, trend-led design skills Experience working on brands similar to ASOS, New Look, or comparable high street retailers Knowledge of current market trends, fabrics, and trims relevant to the jersey dress segment Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
