Estimator – Shopfitting & Bespoke Interiors Location: Redditch Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Working: Hybrid working available Start: ASAP Our client is an established, family-run manufacturing business with over 85 years’ experience. Due to a strong workload and continued growth, they are looking to appoint two Estimators to join their team. The Role: Preparing estimates and quotations for shopfitting and interior projects Pricing packages involving bespoke joinery, metalwork, acrylic and fabrication Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations Producing accurate material, labour and manufacturing costings Working closely with the production, design and project teams Identifying value engineering and cost-saving opportunitiesRequirements: Previous estimating experience within shopfitting, joinery, interiors or specialist manufacturing Good understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes Strong numerical and commercial skills Experience using Excel SAP experience would be advantageous Able to read and interpret technical drawingsWhat’s on Offer: £40,000 – £45,000 salary Hybrid working available Established, close-knit family-run environment Strong pipeline of secured work Opportunity to join a long-standing business within a successful £25m group Immediate start available
