Quality Operations Manager

ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with internal teams, affiliates, and third-party manufacturing partners, this position will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS), supporting batch release activities, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring ongoing compliance with global GMP and GDP requirements.Key responsibilities within the position will include, but not be limited to:Champion a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site and within wider Quality Operations.Ensure adherence to Quality Systems, GMP, GDP, and applicable regulatory requirements across manufacturing, packaging, testing, storage, and distribution.Support batch review, release, and distribution activities to ensure timely supply of products.Lead and support QA activities, including deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, complaints, validation documents, PQRs, audit readiness, and inspection support.Benefits The successful candidate will be highly experienced in a Quality Management or Quality Assurance leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive knowledge of QA systems, GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations. You will have a strong understanding of global compliance requirements, experience managing quality systems and supporting audits and inspections, and the ability to analyse complex quality data and translate findings into actionable improvements. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, along with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
