Skills & Qualifications

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging telephone manner.
  • A strong ability to build rapport and confidently explain all product options within The Celtic Collection.
  • A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and IT literacy (experience with Opera is a plus!).
  • A talent for multitasking, balancing professionalism with a sense of fun.
  • Proven experience in a similar sales or hospitality role.
