About the role

VANRATH is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to work on Social Housing Maintenance contracts in Mallusk, Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for commercial delivery, remeasurement and valuation of works to meet targets, while managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring maximum contribution for the company.

Ideal candidates will have a construction-related degree and proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of M3/PSA; NEC familiarity is desirable.
