Production Operatives Shift & Permanent Nights

We are currently recruiting for Nightshift Production and Mixing Operators to join our team at our Kerry Portbury site in Bristol on a permanent full-time rotating shift basis.   Shifts are Sunday - Friday - 2200 – 0600   This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for producing intermediate and finished products in line with customer specifications and production schedules. Working across our Production and Mixing operations, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of food safety, quality, legality and authenticity. If you enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, have a keen eye for detail and can adapt to different areas of production as business needs require, this could be the role for you.   Our Portbury site is a dry blending and mixing facility where we produce flavour blends for some of the world's best-known brands. Follow daily production plans and schedules to achieve output targets Operate production and mixing equipment safely and efficiently Maintain product traceability by accurately recording and downloading information into SAP Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including CCP checks, washout procedures and quality controls Complete all production paperwork, check sheets and system transactions accurately Monitor product quality, authenticity and food safety throughout the production process Maintain production KPIs relating to safety, quality and efficiency Report equipment faults, production issues or quality concerns to the Team Leader or Area Manager Adhere to all Food Safety, Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards Maintain high housekeeping standards within the production area   Previous experience in a manufacturing, food production, mixing or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential Strong commitment to food safety, quality and health & safety standards Basic IT skills and ability to use production systems such as SAP A flexible approach and willingness to work across different production areas Employee benefit platform with discounts and offers for retailers online and offline, travelling, utilities and more Matched pension scheme up to 10% Employee Assistance Program, supporting your emotional, physical, nutritional and financial wellbeing Inspiring People - Kerry's Global Recognition Program OurShare, Kerry share plan available to all employees, with option to enroll once a year MyCommunity, have one day per year to volunteer for a worthwhile cause   Kerry is the world’s leading taste and nutrition partner for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
