Take ownership of project delivery across a seven-site portfolio in the Plymouth area, coordinating contractors, stakeholders and works within a complex Facilities Management environment. Are you an experienced Project Manager comfortable managing multiple sites and competing priorities? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects across seven sites in Plymouth and the surrounding area. This is a permanent opportunity for someone who can take ownership of delivery, coordinate contractors and ensure projects remain safe, compliant and on schedule. The Role As the Project Manager, you’ll: Manage project delivery across seven sites within the Plymouth area. Coordinate contractors, suppliers and on-site teams. Manage project programmes, milestones and documentation. Lead site meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication. Monitor progress, identifying and resolving delivery risks. Ensure works meet relevant health, safety, compliance and contractual requirements. Manage multiple projects and priorities across the portfolio. Maintain strong relationships with operational teams, contractors and key stakeholders. You To be successful, you’ll bring: Proven Project Management experience, ideally across multiple sites. Strong contractor and supplier management skills. Experience delivering projects to agreed programmes, budgets and site standards. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong organisation with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Facilities Management, estates or defence-sector experience would be advantageous. Ability to travel regularly between sites across the Plymouth area.
