Internal IT Governance & Controls Lead

A&O Shearman is seeking a professional to manage IT governance, risk and controls with a strong emphasis on standards, reporting and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on translating governance frameworks into practical, scalable controls across the IT function, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations.

The candidate will drive governance improvements, develop management reports, and partner with Risk, Legal and Information Security to enhance IT
