MECHANIC WANTED – A.I AUTO SERVICES

Harlow, Essex | Full-time | 5 days per week

Salary: £30,000–£45,000 per year, depending on experience

A.I Auto Services is looking for an experienced, motivated mechanic to join our team in Harlow. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys solving problems and has the ambition to develop their skills within the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out clutch replacements.
• Diagnosing and replacing turbos.
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults and carry out effective repairs.
• Completing servicing, maintenance and general mechanical repairs.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Communicating clearly with colleagues about repairs and job progress.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience with clutches, turbos, diagnostics and servicing.
• Work confidently independently and contribute positively to a team.
• Stay organised and work well under pressure in a busy workshop.
• Be reliable, punctual and have strong attention to detail.
• Take responsibility for their work and respond positively to feedback.
• Show enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to learn.
