About the role
Ground Control is seeking an experienced Senior People Advisor to join our People team in the North of England. You will be a trusted advisor, handling a varied ER caseload, supporting organisational change, and delivering People initiatives with senior leaders across a large, dispersed workforce.
You will partner with People Business Partners and managers, providing practical, risk-based HR guidance while ensuring compliance and positive employee experiences.
