The Role As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating engineers, and ensuring all administrative functions are completed efficiently. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Essential Requirements ✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in a Helpdesk Administrator role ✅ Strong administrative and organisational skills ✅ Experience managing incoming service requests and job allocations ✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✅ Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure ✅ Strong attention to detail Key Responsibilities * Logging and managing service requests via the helpdesk system * Scheduling and coordinating engineers and maintenance teams * Monitoring job progress and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met * Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams * Updating databases and maintaining accurate records * Producing reports and supporting the wider operations team * Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently * Managing inboxes, calls, and administrative documentation What's On Offer? * Career development opportunities * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Stable and growing business * Excellent office location with transport links
